The Voters List is prepared by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) and is supplied to the Municipal Clerk.
Beginning September 1, 2010, a copy of the Voters List will be available for public viewing at the Whitewater Region Municipal Office, 44 Main Street, Cobden, Ontario during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Changes to the Voters’ List
Application to Amend the Voters’ List
To request changes to the Voters’ List, you must complete a
Form EL15 – Application to Amend the Voters’ List. Additions and changes to the Voters’ List may be made from September 7th, 2010 to October 25, 2010.
Applications may be obtained by visiting the Township of Whitewater Region Municipal Office located at 44 Main Street, Cobden or online at www.whitewaterregion.ca
The Application to Amend the Voters’ List is used to:
- Add a name to the Voters’ List;
- Correct and/or update personal data on the Voters’ List (i.e. update your address, date of birth, spelling of your name etc.)
- Remove the applicant from the Voters’ List.
Once you have completed your Application to Amend the Voters’ List, you may submit it in person at the Township of Whitewater Region Municipal Office OR if you prefer, you can mail it to:

IMPORTANT:
If submitting your Application to Amend the Voters’ List in person, you must bring identification that provides your name, qualifying address and signature.
If mailing in your Application to Amend the Voters’ List, you must also include a photocopy of your identification that provides your name, qualifying address and signature.

Please Note: In the absence of photo identification, individuals who are not on the voters’ list will be required to complete a “Declaration of Identity – Form 9” at the Municipal Office.
