Proposed Changes to Building Fees

Proposed changes to building fees as follows:

Performance Deposit

• Permits less than $1,000                                $300.00
• Permits greater than $1,000                           $1,500.00

Performance Deposit Retention

• The full amount of the deposit be refunded if the project is completed within 36 months of the date the permit was issued. After that period, and without any further notice, the entire original deposit is retained for administrative purposes.
