iPad Clinic - Coffee - Chat Starting Monday, April 1st the Whitewater Seniors will be once again offering iPad Clinics. So stop in for a coffee, a chat or help with with your device. We will be set up at the Beachburg ConnectWell - 20 Robertson Drive from 1:00-3:00PM. Stop in and join us, everyone welcome!

Our AGM is being held for the WDRA at the Westmeath hall on the 15th of April. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Building and Planning Open House: Featuring Councillor Joey Trimm on Home Energy Efficiency Starting a building or development project? Have questions about your project or the application process? The Township’s community development department is hosting an evening open house for residents. Staff will be on hand to answer your questions and provide information on building permits and the planning process. Be sure to bring any plans or drawings you have! We’re also featuring a special guest in honour of Earth Day. To kick the evening off, Councillor Joey Trimm will give a talk on his experience improving the energy efficiency of his home and installing an air-source heat pump. Meditative Sound Bath Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with Sheila from dOMe Retreat at the Westmeath Community Hall. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that will help you unwind and find inner peace. Meditative Sound Bath, a unique experience that will help us to be grounded through the musical instruments. Bring your water bottle, yoga mat, blanket and give yourself the gift of relaxation. If you do not have a yoga mat Whitewater Seniors can loan you one. You can sit on a chair and participate as well. No experience is necessary, just bring yourself, a water bottle, yoga mat, two pillows, and even a cozy blanket. Registration required. Meet and chat with ConnectWell staff and other organizations like Ontario Works, Renfrew County Housing, Renfrew Legal Clinic, Community Employment Services, Robbie Dean Counselling Centre, Bernadette McCann House, and more, all while enjoying some coffee, tea and snacks on us!
