All youth participants will receive a free hot dog & pop. There will be other items for purchase for the adults. Wear your red and white, decorate your bike or stroller. Show your Canadian spirit. class 101- 4 yrs and under- #5 make a caterpillar using an egg carton &
#7 make and decorate a butterfly, using coffee filters/tissue paper & clothespin
class 102- age 6 and under- #1 using dry noodles and craft supplies to create an animal &
#7 make an insect using only pipe cleaners
class 103 - age 8 & under - #5 create a dragon using felt and pipe cleaners &
# 7 make a pinecone turkey
class 104- age 11 & under- #1 create an "under the sea" scene in an egg carton &
#5 design a picture using buttons on paper, no bigger that 8.5 x 11
class 105- age 15 & under- #5 make a charm bracelet using any material you want &
#9 make and decorate a working catapult using popsicle sticks
All participants are asked to bring any materials they have for the projects, and supplies will be available for anyone to use as well.

Children ages 4-9 are invited to register for this FREE ConnectWell program offered in partnership with Whitewater Region Public Library, Cobden Branch, and Caressant Care Retirement Home. There will be stories, snacks, crafts, and games all aimed at teaching your kids about nutrition, healthy eating habits, and where our food comes from. There will be 2 sessions: July 15th and August 19th from 1:00-3:30 pm. Children can register for one or both sessions. Spaces are limited.
