Water and Sewer Billing

The Township of Whitewater Region, in partnership with the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA), is committed to providing clean, safe drinking water to all residents of Beachburg, Cobden and Haley Townsite who are serviced by municipal water. OCWA staff receives ongoing training and have the expertise and certification required to operate all water and wastewater treatment facilities and distribution systems within the Township.
