Walking Club at Opeongo Highschool

Walking Club at Opeongo Highschool, 1990 Cobden Road, Douglas.  The Walking Club is back for the 2026 -2 2027 season.  Walk the halls of Opeongo High School Mondays & Wednesdays from 6-8pm starting November 2.  This program runs until April 28/27.  No registration required and FREE!  Please note there will not be the Walking Club on Holidays and School Closures.  A BIG thank you to the Township of Whitewater Region, Township of Bonnechere Valley, North Algona Wilberforce Township & Township of Admaston Bromley for collaborating to make this program  happen again this year!  Benefits of Group Walking:  improved health (blood pressure, heart rate, depression, overall fitness), Increased motivation & social opportunities.  No registration required.
