In 2001, the former municipalities of Beachburg, Cobden, Westmeath and Ross came together to form the Township of Whitewater Region. We're excited to celebrate 25 years of community, connection, and growth together!

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Whitewater Region, we are hosting Whitewater Region Community Day on August 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The event will include a Volunteer Fair designed to raise awareness of local volunteer groups, encourage sign-ups, and help organizations promote their programs and upcoming events.
