Garden Harvest - Please share your recipes

A truly amazing time of year when the fruit and vegetable gardens are full of such bounty.  It seems like POOF overnight, there is an abundance of food that learning the skill and technique of using up or storing this food can be a challenge and well some what daunting.  We know that many of you have years of experience with how to harvest, prepare and store garden fruit and vegetables.  We would absolutely love it if you would be willing to share any of your "Go To" recipes (we hope we are not asking for any heirloom family secret recipes, just the ones you would like to share.
