Good Food Box pick-ups for those who placed an order for January (order and payment deadline was December 18). Good Food Box runs monthly, with pick-ups normally happening the 1st Thursday of each month between 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and orders due 1 week before. Pick-up for this month is the second week of January due to New Years. Pick up locations available in Beachburg, Cobden, and Eganville. Euchre and darts has returned every Friday night at the Westmeath hall. Cost is $5.00 a person. Bar is open. Feel free to bring your neighbors and friends out to share some laughs and lots of fun.

The EarlyON Toy Bus program offers weekly play-based learning opportunities for young children to interact and learn with their peers. Parents/caregivers are able to meet and share experiences with others. Join us on Thursday mornings at St. Andrew's Church in Beachburg from 10:00 to 11:30. The first hour is totally about play. Old Age Security & Guaranteed Income Supplement Presentation from 1pm - 2pm, at the Whitewater Seniors, 2022 Foresters Falls Road, Foresters Falls.  Register by calling 613-602-3915 or senors@whitewaterregion.ca.  Your employment history is not a factor in determining eligibility.  You can receive the Old Age Security (OAS) pension if you have never worked or are still working.  In addition to your Old Age Security Pension, you and/or your spouse/common-law partner may be eligible for extra benefits and payments.  Join us for an informative presentation presented by Service Canada.  Brought to you by the Whitewater Seniors. 

Chair & Standing Yoga 8 week program at Haley United Church, 760 Calvin Road, Haley Station.  This goes until March 10/26.  It is Tuesdays from 9:30am - 10:30am and is instructed by Fiona.  No registration is required.  Please drop in to the class when you are available.  $5 donation per class.  Brought to you by the Whitewater Seniors.
