Public Skating Sponsorship Package

PUBLIC SKATING SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

The Cobden Astrolabe Arena is looking ahead to the next ice season (September 2025 - March 2026).  You and/or your business can have an opportunity to sponsor one of the many Public Skates or Parent & Tot/Senior Skates held weekly this coming season.

Public Skates and Parent & Tot/Senior Skates are held on the same days and timeframe throughout the season unless the Cobden Astrolabe Arena is closed due to a Holiday.  PA day and Holiday skates are booked based on holiday schedules and availability.

If you and/or your business sponsors a skate, we will make sure the public is aware of this sponsorship.  During the sponsored skate time, we will have a Business Advertisement printed (designed by the sponsoring organization) or a standard sponsorship poster with logo in the Arena lobby in 2 locations:  one advertisement at the Entrance and one on the Lobby Advertisement TV.  The Township also posts on our website and socia media monthly indicating when the Public Skates are being held, sponsor names will be added indicating that your business sponsored each skate time.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Once the Skate Sponsorship Form is completed, an invoice will be produced based on the type of advertisement.  This invoice will be sent to the contact information provided on the form.

Skating Sponsorship pricing will follow the regular pricing schedule for ice rentals at Cobden Astrolabe Arena.  Prices are as follows:

     -  1 hour Weekday - $86.04 + HST (ice times booked Monday-Friday between 2:00pm-5:00pm)
     -  1 hour Holiday - $189.30 + HST (ice times booked on a Statutory Holiday)
**Christmas Holiday Skates (December 22-January 4) and March Break Skates (March 13-23) will be advertised separately.  Dates will be determined based on availability.**
