Crawford Street Reconstruction

This is a drop-in session providing opportunity for residents to review the proposed design, ask questions, and provide feedback.

Project Description

The project area includes Crawford Street between Main Street (County Road 8) and Astrolabe Road.

Proposed improvements include:

  • Full reconstruction of the roadway throughout the project limits.
  • Replacement of the watermain between Jason Street and Astrolabe Road.
  • Road grading and granular base improvements.
  • New hot mix asphalt paving.
  • Concrete curb and gutter installation.
  • Concrete sidewalk repairs.
  • Storm sewer upgrades.
  • Landscaping restoration.

Engineering Design 

Schedule

Engineering Design: Completed by January 2027
Tender Stage: February/ March 2027
Construction: Starting Spring 2027 to Fall 2027
