Rapid Road

Project Description

The project limits consist of Rapid Road from Gore line (CR-50) to Gratton Trail

The 8.5 km surfacing project scope of work consists of the following:

• Brushing
• Culvert replacement
• Minor ditching
• Installation of new a single surface treatment to the existing double treatment surface

Schedule

The addition of the single treatment surface is scheduled to be applied in July. 

Notices

Future notices will be sent to property owners along the project area.

Funding

The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region has included the resurfacing of Rapid Road in the 2024 budget, funded by the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund (OCIF).
