Employee Recognition Program

Employee Recognition is the formal and informal acknowledgment of individual or team behaviours, efforts and accomplishments that reflect the Township of Whitewater Region's Core Competencies: ACCURACY & THOROUGHNESS, CLIENT SERVICE, PROBLEM SOLVING, PROFESSIONALISM and TEAMWORK, as well as uphold our Corporate Values of Respect, Integrity and Commitment.

This program foster a culture of appreciation, motivation and excellence by celebrating employees who contribute meaningfully to the Township's mission and community impact.

Who can nominate:  Employees, managers, Council members and community members may nominate any Township employee or team.

Nominations are reviewed semiannually by a Recognition Committee appointed by the CAO or designate.
