The Township of Whitewater adheres to the purchasing activities in accordance to the Township's Procurement Policy to ensures that the prices paid for goods and services make optimum use of Township resources, while supporting the fair and consistent treatment of all vendors who are involved in the procurement process. The policy also establishes and delegates authority related to procurement matters.
The Township uses Biddingo for issuing Tenders, RFPs to streamline the bidding process.
